E'Lites usually are more plain and have dot inlays like your example above. The E'Lites were a bit lower on the food chain and are not as decked out with features like the Cadillac. By the way, if it does not have body binding, it should probably be referred to as an E'Lite rather than a Cadillac. Probably an ill-fated attempt to 'strat-ify' the design.
